    I was expecting more when I came here. They aren't starving for business, there was a pretty good line when I got there. I honestly think the staff (2 high school kids) were doing their best to keep up with a smile, but I don't think they were equipped to serve what they needed. I think I prefer the taco bell down the street.

    Dairy Queen has always been a summertime treat for us. This location, however, seems to be frequently understaffed and busy.

    Mostly a typical DQ, this store offers all the normal DQ ice cream and fast food. It also has a small area with some activities for young children, which is nice to entertain the kids. The downsides are that it feels slightly in need of a remodel, and the staff can be a bit slow to clean the tables after customers leave.

    What's not to like? Our Chocolate Malts were Rich, Thick, Cold, Malty and delicious! The staff was friendly and efficient. The Men's Room was clean and easy for a wheelchair user to navigate. We only ordered Malts, so I can't really give 5 Stars yet, but I will definitely be back to try the food.

    Wow! What a huge disappointment! The absolute WORST DQ experience ever! I feel like I should say that I do not eat carb-laden foods & fat-booty promoting meals & ice-cream on the daily, therefore, since this is a once a week type of treat, I am more upset than a person who may eat ice-cream more often... I am giving 1 star, because they managed to get my small brownie batter blast perfect, however they messed up the other part of our order, and since we ate there, I was able to see 3 other errors as well (all were 'remedied' with attitude too). Now, I understand it's only DQ, everyone working there is probably under 21, in all actuality, they are under all 18 but i can tell you that I have been working since I was 15 years old, and I never have given back attitude to a customer, especially if it were my error. But no, not so with these employees.... Our error was combined with attitude when I tried to fix the error in our order, more attitude when I could not produce a receipt (even though they never gave us one in the first place), and then another error with a different customer who had children, and I'll elaborate, just so you can get a gist of the whole experience. First, our error was that the waffle cone wasn't dipped in chocolate, not a huge deal but we ordered it just as the photo on their huge standing sign and customers should get what they ordered/what they paid for, and the problem should be fixed without any attitude, unlike ours. I took the waffle cone back up to the register and told them of the error, the guy at the register (a different guy than the one who took our order) told me, okay, we'll make a new one, you can keep that one, however, I did not keep it, I told him to take it & throw it away, which is exactly what he did. Then he told the girl who was making the waffle cone Blizzards to re-make it, and she made the rudest face and walked off in a huff to re-make the cone. When she gave it to me, she asked me, very rudely, where the old cone was, seriously??? First off you little teenage witch, I already gave it to the other guy, even though he said we could keep it, which told I told her, just as bitchy as she had spoken to me, that we did not keep that cone, I gave it to the guy & he took it to throw away. Second, there were 3 different families who came in after we did, and 2 different children ordered small mint Oreo Blizzards, one family must have taken 2 and left, because one little girl in a different family didn't get hers, so the witchy girl who had to re-make our Oreo Waffle Cone Blizzard, also had to re-make a Mint Oreo Blizzard, and when she did so, she made 2, and gave it to the family, and they told her that they only needed 1, "whatever just keep both", so right that is $4 of product wasted, combined with the 1 she gave away incorrectly to the first family. That's $8 of revenue that just flew out of the door, because your employees don't care. Finally, after all of us were served, and the line was gone, all of the employees disappeared to the back, or somewhere. I don't know what they were doing, but that is horrible as well, in my opinion someone should always be at the register. They could have & should have been cleaning the floors & the tables, because they looked filthy, a random woman sitting next to me, remarked that if she had seen the floor & tables they wouldn't have even stayed there in the first place. Ironically, my very first job ever was at an ice-cream place called Swensen's, full of teenagers as well, yet I really liked my job, my co-workers, and my boss. I have worked in a restaurant as well, a bank, a movie theater, and 2 different retail type of stores all through high school and during college, and never have I seen such a horrible display of customer service by anyone, anyplace, ever! Now we all know the customer is not always right, there are rude people out there, but this was not the case with my party, nor with anyone else in there last night, all of the errors were by employees, and all of the attitude made it even worse. Have teenagers changed that much in 1 decade? I sure hope not, because I have 4 nieces who are under 8 years old who know how to behave better than these children you have working at this Hales Corners DQ. PS ~ Suggestion for the Manager(s) and/or Owner(s): Fire everyone who was working last night around 8 PM, if it were my business, that's exactly what I would do if I witnessed everything that happened. I'm seriously thinking of contacting DQ Corporate, maybe they can send someone out for a visit, to see your filthy establishment, with the rudest employees I have ever seen in my entire life!

    Went in for a blizzard - after I left and tasted the blizzard it was obvious some of the ingredients were spoiled & past their expiration date. Awful! They did offer to give me a coupon for another food item. But not the first bad experience I've had at this restaurant - it will be my last. There's a MUCH better DQ down Janesville Rd in Muskego.

    Needs an upgrade and people that actually want to work. The tables are all dirty and full of empty ketchup bottles that the girl who brought our food just ignored when I was going to hand them to her.

    Love stopping at Dairy Queen for a smoothie. This Dairy Queen took about 5 minutes to be helped, along with another woman behind us. One customer walked out. Smoothie ended up tasting like water :( will go to a different dq next time

    Worst service ever! No customer or employee was at the counter when I walked in. After about 20 seconds, an employee walked from the back, looked at me, then walked back. After about 2 minutes of watching two employees by the grill not even look my direction- I stated making noise. Still nothing, yet another employee brought a cake out to a waiting customer- he then walked away and ignored me until the customer actually leaned over the counter and told the employees I had been waiting for like 3 minutes. One girl looked over and then finally walked over to help me. I was in there easily 15 minutes for one small blizzard - ridiculous
